Awesome spot in the Brentwood Park neighborhood of Twain Harte to host a large family gatherings. Open floor plan entire house rental with a spacious deck and large BBQ. Inside, there are 3 bedrooms with double beds (queen/king) and a bunk room with a total of 2 bunk beds (4 bed spots). Smart TV's  and High Speed wifi as well as an Amazon Echo for music. The deck outside has plenty of outdoor furniture in the summer for relaxing and visiting with family and friends. Equipped with a whole-house generator w/ automatic transfer switch (in case of power outages). The garage has a game room with futon/couch and billiard table to hang out. A total of 4 min to downtown Twain Harte, 30 min to Pinecrest Lake, and close to many other locations on Highway 108.Â
